Join us this Sunday, December 3 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. for the annual Harwood Memorial Park Holiday Bazaar, at a new location, the Laytonville Tin Gym. Post-COVID our bazaar committee felt the need to get creative – we kept the Crafts Bazaar alive at the height of COVID by shifting the event outdoors to a beautiful setting on the Harwood Park ballfield. That served a purpose for a limited time and playing the weather game was a major stressor. So, we came up with a new plan, to fit everyone indoors in a more open setting, hence the move to the “Tin Gym” which is located at 200 Branscomb Road, on the old LHS campus. Don’t worry, there will be plenty of parking surrounding the gym.

Over 40 unique arts & crafts vendors from all over Mendocino County will set up their booths and display their handmade wares so get ready to make your holiday shopping list and check it twice. There will be: handmade jewelry, soaps, candles, candies/desserts, custom wood and metal works, art, holiday cards, pottery and SO MUCH MORE! There will also be the traditional See’s Candy table, which is an annual fundraiser to support Harwood Park. There will also be food and beverages and Santa will be making a special stop from noon to 2 p.m. so parents can bring the littles and snap pics, we’re calling it the “Santa Selfie Station” so you bring your cell phone and get the best pic you can.

If you would like more information about the Holiday Arts & Crafts Bazaar, give our office a call at (707) 984-8089 and we can’t wait to see you Sunday for a wonderful art event for the Laytonville community.
